About the role

St. Ann’s Community in Rochester, NY is seeking a full-time Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy for residents, perform nutrition assessments, and guide dining services toward person-centered care. The role requires timely completion of MDS for compliance, development of comprehensive care plans, and participation in interdisciplinary meetings; experience with EMR and foodservice software is preferred. A $5,000 retention bonus is offered for full-time employment.
