About the role

Weed Man Lawn Care / Mosquito Hero - Granger, IN is hiring a Customer Outreach Representative to canvass neighborhoods, generate leads for a lawn care quote, and be the first contact for prospective customers. No selling is required; hours are Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, totaling 23–30 hours per week. This seasonal role offers potential full‑time growth starting September 2026. You will receive paid training, a guaranteed hourly wage of $18, plus performance bonuses.
