Crown and Palm is a people-focused marketing agency based in Miami, FL, dedicated to creating meaningful customer interactions that drive brand growth and community engagement. Through live events, face-to-face campaigns, and promotional outreach, we help brands expand their visibility and connect with consumers in memorable ways. As our team continues to grow, we’re currently hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to join us as Brand Ambassadors. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communication, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent our clients directly to the public and help create positive, engaging customer experiences. Engage face-to-face with customers at events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns Introduce products, services, and campaigns in a clear, confident, and professional manner Answer customer questions and build genuine connections with the community Assist with campaign execution, brand awareness, and customer acquisition efforts Collaborate with team members to help achieve daily and weekly campaign goals
Who You Are:
Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people Positive, motivated, and eager to learn Professional in both communication and appearance Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Interested in long-term growth opportunities in marketing and leadership Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful but not required. Full training is provided.
