About the role
Commissions Analyst At GTT, our Commissions team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely commission payments for our partner network. As a Commissions Analyst, you will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to administer commission processes, resolve inquiries, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, processes, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Calculate, prepare, and process agent commissions accurately and on time.
Generate and distribute monthly commission statements.
Review and audit supporting reports to ensure commission data accuracy.
Partner with Accounts Payable to facilitate commission payments.
Review agency agreements and commission structures.
Investigate and resolve commission-related inquiries and disputes.
Maintain agent data within commission systems.
Communicate commission-related information to Sales teams and leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve commission processes.
What We're Looking For:
EssentialBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.2+ years of experience in commissions, finance, operations, or a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice to Have:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas.
Experience working with commission or financial systems.
Strong numerical and mathematical abilities.
Customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday standard working schedule. Remote working arrangement.
