About the role

Mossanen Group is a real estate investment company based in New York City. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Temporary Administrative / Executive Assistant to support our office and senior team members. This is a full-time, on-site temporary position. The role is primarily administrative and focused on helping keep the office organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage general office administration and day-to-day organization
  • Sort and organize mail and deliveries
  • Answer and direct the office phone
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and scheduling
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Help prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain files, records, and office supplies
  • Coordinate with different departments, principals, vendors, and external partners
  • Assist with meeting logistics and other general administrative needs
Qualifications:
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology
  • Prior administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
