About the role
Tashkeel is seeking an experienced Commercial Ceramics Design & Production Lead to oversee its ceramics department in Dubai. You will guide concept development, prototyping, production, quality control, delivery and installation for hospitality, corporate and private clients.
The role requires managing a team of ~4 ceramic technicians, coordinating schedules, and driving scalable manufacturing across projects and art collaborations.
