About the role
Owning the measurement and learning system for Linktree's content program, the full-time Content Insights Manager will analyze audience signals and content performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage a shared measurement framework for content performance across multiple channels
Collaborate with channel owners to design and implement testing and learning agendas
Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations and insights for cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
5-7 years of experience in audience insights, content measurement, or marketing analytics
Proven ability to build measurement frameworks and research plans
Experience working with Data Science or Analytics teams to define analysis needs
Strong skills in creating and interpreting dashboards and social data
Ability to translate complex findings into concise, actionable recommendations
