Location: 1 Icon, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.97/hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various eyewear products while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong manual dexterity who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble various eyewear products according to production production equipment as required. Use hand tools and pneumatic tools safely and effectively. Perform simple assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail. Inspect parts and finished products for visible defects to ensure quality standards are met. Work in various production areas based on operational needs. Rotate between workstations as required to support production and reduce hourly production goals while maintaining quality standards. Follow all safety procedures, operating instructions, and company policies. Accurately record production data using MES, Microsoft Excel, and manual a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand English, including safety procedures, operating instructions, labels, and work instructions. Basic computer skills with the ability to enter production information into manufacturing systems. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift. Frequent reaching, grasping, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday. Good close, distance, and color vision with the ability to adjust focus. Ability to hear and follow verbal instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
