About the role
Morgan Stanley Private Markets is hiring an Associate to join the Private Markets Transaction Desk in New York, NY. You will own a book of sell-side secondary transactions in private tech companies from first contact through settlement, prospect shareholders, build pipeline, price and negotiate trades.
You will be primary client contact, drive end-to-end execution, navigate transfer restrictions and SPV structures, with a rigorous focus on execution and compliance.
