About the role
Kaizen Management Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Operations Manager. This position is designed for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience across sales operations, customer engagement, team development, and day-to-day campaign execution. The role begins with direct training in our client campaigns and retail operations so you can understand the business from the ground up. As you develop, you’ll take on additional responsibilities involving performance tracking, team coordination, training, and operational support.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn the daily operations of our sales and marketing campaigns
- Work directly with customers inside partnered retail locations
- Assist with sales, customer acquisition, and brand representation
- Monitor individual and team performance goals
- Help coordinate daily campaign and team activities
- Maintain accurate sales and performance records
- Participate in team meetings and development sessions
- Learn how to coach and support newer team members
- Develop skills in leadership, training, and operational management
