Leads, Listings, Leverage We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to build a consistent listing business while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with sellers, staying organized, and building momentum through conversations, follow-up, and daily activity within a productive real estate environment. You will learn to conduct listing appointments, strengthen seller communication, and navigate transactions from signed agreements through closing. By working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will gain exposure to active listing strategies, pricing conversations, marketing preparation, negotiation flow, and systems that help create stronger consistency over time. The environment is centered around accountability, coaching, and continued growth through real production. Agents stay active, collaborate regularly, and continue sharpening their skills through hands-on experience and consistent activity. You will learn to build productive habits, improve confidence with sellers, and strengthen the skills needed to continue growing within residential real estate.
