This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and supporting daily office operations in a collaborative environment.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a reliable Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate is customer-service driven, highly organized, and able to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while handling general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with preparing conference spaces for internal and client meetings.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries while preparing outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and shared office spaces.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and preparing basic correspondence.
Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Provide administrative support for various departments and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service position preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative experience is a plus.
