The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the organization. This executive will be responsible for the oversight of various operational functions, including Research & Development, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, with a strong focus on aligning these capabilities with commercial priorities to support sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will be a key partner to leaders across Sales, Brand Marketing, and Finance, ensuring that the business continues to scale effectively. Additionally, the role involves strengthening the systems, processes, and organizational capabilities that enable growth while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that is integral to the company's success.
