About the role
Job Title Mailroom StaffJob Description This position is assigned to the Mailroom for the completion of duplication services and other office tasks as assigned. Responsibilities/Duties Responsibilities include completing all duplication requests, monitoring duplicating equipment, routing work orders, serving as a backup for various administrative tasks, providing quality service to employees, students, and visitors, and maintaining effective working relationships.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, one-year related experience. Position-specific requirements include the use of various office equipment. Work environment involves exposure to hazardous materials and physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
AA Degree in a related field, five years' related experience in supply management and inventory control. Knowledge of office management systems, time management, attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, supply management, inventory control, and data entry software.
Work Environment:
The work environment includes exposure to toxic chemicals, hazardous materials, wet and humid conditions, fumes, electrical shock, vibration, and occasional outdoor work.
