About the Role: AMTI is looking for compassionate, reliable Call Center Representatives to join our team! Our Call Center Representatives provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base, which spans medical offices, apartment complexes, and various professional services. This position involves 100% inbound calls only; there are zero sales or cold calls required. We offer fully paid, step-by-step training to set you up for success.
Core Responsibilities: Answer a high volume of incoming calls with an energetic, friendly, and helpful demeanor. Collect accurate details, route messages, and connect calls to the correct parties. Utilize our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently. Consistently meet established performance standards.
What We're Looking For: A polite, professional, and engaging phone presence. Solid English communication abilities, including accurate grammar and spelling. Basic computer navigation skills and a typing speed of 35+ WPM.Punctuality, consistent attendance, and a strong work ethic.
