Koch seeks a contribution-motivated M&A Tax Senior Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA, Plano, TX or Wichita, KS. You will partner with leaders across functions to manage tax diligence and structuring for acquisitions, divestitures, and investments. You will draft contracts, advise on tax-efficient structures, and collaborate with top law and accounting firms. Mentoring and training junior staff is also expected.
