Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role • Gather, organize, and manage assets for sponsor content integration projects. • Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to coordinate sponsorship needs and deliverables • Communicate with clients, agencies, Account Executives, Sales Planners, and Campaign Specialists regarding timelines, mockups, and other sponsorship details. • Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative • Manage advertiser content (recipes, photos, videos) in a web content management system • Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system Must Have Skills / Requirements1) Project Management Experiencea. 3+ years; Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Keeping records updated within a centralized system/tracker. Managing timelines and expectations.2) Professional Communication Experiencea. 3+ years; Ability to manage a high volume of email correspondence and meeting scheduling. Strong interpersonal skills, and clear communication both written and verbal for internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have: Skills / Preferred Requirements1) Marketing strategy, Social Media Marketing, or Advertising experience is a plus. Soft Skills:1) Prior experience, internships, or coursework in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing2) Excellent written and oral communication skills3) Strong attention to detail7) Fluent in business communications, meeting scheduling, and other administrative duties.
