The role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own major new-logo relationships from first meeting through close. You will: Bring the platform to new financial institutions, earning the trust of senior stakeholders and turning first meetings into firm-wide deals Build pipeline from inbound demand, founder introductions and your own relationships in the market Run a collaborative deal motion, with Strategic AEs opening doors at the senior level and deployment and customer success partners driving pilots and firm-wide rollouts Help define how the US team wins as it moves to a verticalized model Report to the Head of US Go-to-Market What you bring 5+ years of front-line, new-logo enterprise sales, ideally selling SaaS and/or AI solutions into banks, advisory firms or professional servicesA consistent record as a top 1 to 5% performer, with the quota attainment to show it Credibility with senior finance buyers and a network you can put to work Experience in a venture-backed, high-growth company; you like pace and building as you goA strong academic background (MBA a plus, not required)A team-first approach to complex deals Bonus if you started your career in investment banking, private equity or consulting before moving into sales How they work The team works in person from a beautiful, energetic office in Manhattan. In your first months you'll spend most of your time there, going deep on the product alongside your deployment and customer success partners. As you ramp, more of your time goes to clients and prospects. Days are long but consistent, with real ownership and a lot of energy in the room. Compensation Highly competitive OTE, typically on a 50/50 pay mix, plus meaningful equity.
