Title: HRIS Technology Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN – Onsite
Type: Direct Hire
Job Summary:
Seeking an HRIS Technology Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and HR systems. The role will provide hands-on production support, troubleshooting, system testing, data analysis, and process improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HRIS / HR Technology experience
- Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Production support and troubleshootingHRIS integrations and data flows
- Experience with Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, or related HR modulesUAT/system testing and requirements gathering
- Understanding of production vs. development environmentsSQL preferred but not required
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Must be able to work onsite in Memphis, TN
