Century Group is excited to partner with a leading company in the manufacturing industry to help them find a seasoned Controller to join their Phoenix-area team. As the Controller, you will play a key executive leadership role, overseeing financial management within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a strong focus on cost accounting, capital investments, and cash flow optimization. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $200,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute financial strategies to drive company growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business objectives.Implement strong cost control measures, analyze manufacturing costs, and improve margins through financial efficiency.Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure operational stability and investment readiness.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific reporting requirements.Requirements:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Possess 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial coatings, or a related industry.Demonstrate expertise in cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and capital allocation.Have strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.Show proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.Qualifications:Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities, capital investments, and M&A prospects to drive business scalability.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial risks and opportunities.Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with overall business goals.Maintain a proactive approach to process improvement, operational efficiency, and financial reporting accuracy.REF #50073
