Vice President, Voice & Video Ope SME Engineer w/ BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ. Act as a Subject Matter Support Engineer for the Voice & Video environmnt, incl CUCM, CUC, UCCX, IOS Voice Gateways, Oracle SBC, ECB, EOM, & VCS/Expressway servrs, focusg on admin, monitog, tech supprt, testg, & infrastructre changes. Positn reqs a Bach / US or For Equiv in Comp Sci, Info Tech, Electronics Engg or rel & 5 yrs of progressive exp in offerd or rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp in the following: SIP protocl & VoIP telephny; Cisco Call mgr, versn 14 & above, to maintn Voice infrastructre; Cisco Unity Connectn & UCCX (incl scriptg) to operte & maintn IVR & Hotlines; Cisco Mobile Remote Access (MRA) Expresswys -E & C to operte & maintn Jabber softphnes; Cisco Video servrs (VCS & Expresswy) & Cisco Video endpnts for video infrastructre supprt; Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC)& Oracle Enterprise Communication Brokr (ECB) to operte & maintn externl & Internl callg; Oracle Enterprise Operatns Monitor (EOM) to monitr the hlth of Oracle SBC & ECB; Cisco Routers, Switches, VOIP & Firewalls, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, MAN, & WAN; VMware (all Cisco infrastructre is virtualizd); MS Windws servr & productivity tools to supprt voice tools; & MS Excel (Graphs, VLOOKUP, & Pivot tables). Cisco Certified Netwrk Professl (CCNP) Collaboratn certificte. Sal: $145,000.00 - $200,000.00/yr.
