About the role

GALLO is seeking a Guest Ambassador to create memorable hospitality experiences at our winery. You’ll be the first contact for reservations, walk‑ins, and events, greeting guests with warmth, guiding seating, and helping tailor experiences to their interests while supporting daily operations on‑site. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus 1 year in hospitality, ability to lift 45 lbs, weekend/evening work, and up to 5% travel for onboarding and events.
