The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is a seasonal position supporting our Inventory Team. Seasonal positions have full-time hours with strong overtime availability, but do not have medical benefits offered. Base pay range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, Blue Nile will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
Responsibilities:
Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.
Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests – Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments.
Labeling – Print RFID tags for new jewelry. • Returns – Process return, orders and tag items.
Stocking – Scan items into their designated bins.
Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking.
Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory

Preferred Qualifications:- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Basic computer skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc)
Requirements:
High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
