About the role

Oscar Health is hiring an Operational Forecasting Associate to join our Workforce Management team. This remote role will execute forecasting and planning analyses to optimize resourcing and financial planning for production teams. You will report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management and collaborate with data, analytics, and business stakeholders. Proficiency with SQL, R or Python, pandas, Looker, Big Query, and tools like Workday and Jira is required.
