Huge Amount of Inventory to Sell!1004 Third Street, Paintsville, KY 41240 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, train, and develop the sales team Set and achieve monthly and annual sales and gross profit goals Deliver a fair, transparent, and exceptional customer buying experience Manage new and used vehicle inventory, merchandising, and sales campaigns Maximize Ford factory incentives and sales programs Monitor salesperson productivity, CSI, and performance Partner with F&I, Service, and Parts to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain compliance with state licensing, advertising, and dealership requirements Manage department expenses and report results to the General Manager
