As an International Client Coordinator, you'll support a portfolio of global clients and help coordinate their activities throughout the certification process. You'll work closely with clients, international offices, auditors, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, track outstanding items, and ensure important activities and deadlines continue moving forward. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is comfortable managing busy email queues, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders. You don't need previous experience with certification or ISO standards—we're looking for someone with strong coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the patience and curiosity to learn a specialized industry. This is a full-time, fully remote, temp-to-hire opportunity with an anticipated four-month temporary period.
What You'll Do: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned international clients and coordinate with global offices, auditors, and internal teams. Schedule audit activities for global clients and coordinate activities across multiple offices and stakeholders. Manage a high volume of emails, requests, follow-ups, and ongoing account activities while keeping priorities organized. Create and maintain accurate client information, documentation, and activity records within the company's database. Review information for accuracy and completeness, cross-check documentation, and follow up on missing or outstanding items. Track account activity, deadlines, reports, and key performance indicators to ensure work continues moving forward. Follow up on overdue or rejected audit reports, outstanding documentation, nonconformities, invoices, and expenses. Maintain multisite audit planners and other required client documentation. Support certificate maintenance and other activities throughout the certification lifecycle. Prepare work order and activity information and provide current documentation for scheduled audits. Assist with invoicing, expense processing, collections, and related administrative activities. Support budgetary quotes and international quote requests as needed. Maintain auditor documentation and competency records in coordination with internal leadership. Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve problems, respond to changing priorities, and provide a positive client experience.
What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required.2–3 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, program coordination, administrative support, or a similar office-based role. Experience managing a high volume of tasks, requests, emails, or workflow queues. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent attention to detail and experience reviewing, cross-checking, or verifying information for accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Established computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems, databases, and technology platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience coordinating between different teams, departments, clients, or other stakeholders. Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining engaged with a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with databases, CRM systems, client management platforms, or workflow management systems. Experience supporting complex accounts, programs, projects, or processes involving multiple stakeholders. Previous exposure to quality, compliance, auditing, certification, or other process-driven environments is helpful but not required. You'll Be Successful in This Role If You...Can keep track of a lot of moving pieces without losing sight of the details. Are comfortable working through a busy inbox and managing a steady queue of tasks and follow-ups. Naturally double-check your work and notice when information doesn't look right. Stay organized and know how to determine what needs attention first. Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, coworkers, and external partners. Are adaptable and don't become easily flustered when priorities or circumstances change. Enjoy working collaboratively and coordinating between different people and departments. Take ownership of follow-up and don't need to be reminded to keep something moving. Are patient with the learning process and genuinely interested in developing expertise in a specialized industry. Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to ask questions while learning.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
