We operate with excellence and prioritize opportunities for professional development.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and office assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, team coordination, and financial oversight. This role requires a proactive approach to tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial performance to ensure all properties within the portfolio are well-maintained and operating efficiently.Property Operations & Vendor Management:Manage tenant requests and work order software, ensuring timely and professional responses.Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvement plans.Supervise property improvement projects, including bidding, coordination, and timely completion.Negotiate and oversee vendor service contracts, fostering relationships for optimal performance and competitive pricing.Maintain up-to-date records for tenants, service providers, and property owners.Identify and implement risk management strategies for the physical and financial needs of the property.Collaborate with an assistant property manager, property accountant, and leasing team to optimize the property value.Build strong tenant relationships and negotiate lease renewals.Oversee billing, collections, and payables for the property.Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely monthly financial and operational reports.Prepare and manage annual property budgets.Conduct CAM reconciliations and reforecast financials as required.Maintain financial accountability and ensure cost-effective property operations.Communicate variances, concerns, and positive impacts in property operations, taking a solution-driven approach to meet goals and initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in commercial property management.Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management.State of Arizona Real Estate License (required).Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in property management software, with Yardi experience preferred.Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate effectively, and maintain a professional presence.Benefits include:401KMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHybrid schedule with in-office and work-from-home flexibility.Compensation range from $85,000-105,000 annually depending on experience + bonus opportunities.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Management
