About the role

The Recycling Partnership is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive sustainable growth by expanding the funder base, growing membership, and deepening strategic partnerships. You’ll lead the Strategic Engagement Team (SET) and scale revenue operations across a 11‑person group, aligning strategy with measurable impact. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll build a foundation fundraising engine, expand national system presence, and ensure revenue opportunities translate into sustained mission outcomes.
