About the role
San Joaquin College of Law’s Post Bar - New American Legal Clinic in Clovis is seeking a law clerk who has taken the California Bar exam. You will interview potential clients, analyze relief options, and prepare filings for USCIS and EOIR, supporting the clinic’s staff and students.
The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and has bar results pending, with the ability to travel within the Central Valley to detention facilities and to immigration court in SF/LA. Occasional nights/weekends may be required.
