About the role
Office Communication Coordinator Hybrid - Chicago, IL or Coppell, TX (local candidates only) 3 Shifts available - 1st shift: 7am-2:30pm, In-office (Sat, Mon, Tue) 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, In-office (Fri, Mon, Tue) 3rd shift: 10:30pm-7am, Fully remote after in-office training (2-4 weeks)
Qualifications:
Effective communication and judgment skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable on the phone and confident in escalating or redirecting calls professionally Proficient with Zoom and video conferencing tools Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple concurrent requests Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in a fast-moving environment Familiarity with tools like Slack, Service Now, and Outlook Calendar
Responsibilities:

In this role, they will own the end-to-end process of managing phone call escalations and launching Zoom meetings, ensuring our team can focus on their core work without communication bottlenecks.
