About the role

Leasing Apartment Coordinator Responsible for all aspects of leasing apartments in accordance with The Oaks of Louisiana and Fair Housing guidelines. Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the service needs of internal and external customers. Professional, courteous, and possesses strong sales, communication, and closing skills. Additional responsibilities include providing relief transportation/driver coverage as needed, assisting with decorating and preparation for community events and holidays, serving as a host for Steak Nights and Sunday Brunch, and assisting with all leasing-related duties and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel experience
Leasing experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, motivated, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
