About the role
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Insurance Agents to help customers understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers.
Explain insurance products and available plans.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable coverage.
Follow up with interested customers.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Help customers complete the enrollment process.
Requirements:
Active US insurance license is preferred or required, depending on the state and product.
Good communication and sales skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
