About the Opportunity: Our client is a global leader in semiconductor test and automation solutions, enabling some of the world's most advanced technology companies to bring innovative products to market. They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow key semiconductor and datacenter accounts while serving as a trusted technical and business advisor. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who combines a strong engineering foundation with proven success in semiconductor, automated test equipment (ATE), production test, or datacenter technologies. The successful candidate will drive strategic account growth, manage complex sales cycles, and influence both customer and internal product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand relationships within strategic semiconductor and datacenter customer accounts. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through forecasting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Coordinate global sales strategies across customer organizations and internal teams. Build strong relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders. Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align customer needs with future product development. Drive accurate forecasting, quoting, and booking activities. Serve as the voice of the customer internally while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Travel domestically and internationally as needed. Required
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (required).8+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, technical sales, account management, or business development within the semiconductor, test & measurement, datacenter, or related technology industries. Experience with semiconductor test environments, automated test equipment (ATE), production testing, or related technologies. Demonstrated ability to drive long-cycle, complex design-in sales opportunities. Proven success growing strategic accounts and securing new business. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive-level decision makers. Preferred
Qualifications: MBA or other advanced business degree. Experience managing global customer relationships. Background supporting semiconductor manufacturers, IC design firms, datacenter companies, or related technology organizations. Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $132,600 - $212,200 + 20% bonus + Stock in the Company (Unsure of the package)
OTE: 250k + Stock
Eligible for annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Participation in the company's sales incentive/commission plan.
