With 200 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).What You DoClient Service RepresentativePrepare and send Renewal and Mid-term Certificate of Insurance and Evidence of Property Insurance formsReview contracts to ensure that requirements are met by insurance policiesCommunicate with clients and internal and external stakeholders regarding service issuesMaintain file documentation of forms and supplements for attachment to certificatesVerify coverage for third partiesManage data in Agency Management SystemProcess Agency Bill Invoices upon instructions from account teamPerform other duties as requestedYour Education and ExperienceRequiredProperty and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire OnboardingProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordCommitment to advancing your insurance knowledge via training and obtaining approved industry designationThe employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management ProgramValuable benefits.We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day both inside and outside our organization. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
