Catalyx is seeking an L2 Lab Technician with a strong IT background to provide technical support for laboratory systems, equipment, software, and users in Spring House, PA. The role focuses on keeping laboratory technology reliable and operational, with hands-on troubleshooting in the lab setting. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, support lab instruments and their connections to networks, and document incidents and resolutions. Strong communication is required.
