About the role
Supporting the efficient operation of the company, the full-time Office Operations Coordinator will manage office access, coordinate company events, and provide administrative support while working onsite in The Woodlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office access, mail, and supplies, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors
Coordinate company-wide events and provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation
Support Corporate Operations by maintaining SOPs and workflow documentation, and assist with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in office operations and administrative support
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with SharePoint experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Event coordination experience is a plus
