About the role
Dedicated to fostering student success, the full-time Online Mathematics Faculty member will teach undergraduate courses in an asynchronous online environment, design curriculum based on educational pedagogy, and mentor students while integrating a Christian worldview.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach full-time undergraduate mathematics courses delivered asynchronously through Canvas LMS
Develop and refine online math coursework using contemporary educational pedagogy and evidence-based teaching strategies
Provide timely feedback and maintain an active virtual presence to support student engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Mathematics is required; a terminal degree (Ph. D. or Ed. D.) is preferred
Demonstrated background or formal coursework in education and educational pedagogy
Teaching experience in both traditional and online higher education settings
Proficiency with the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) and digital instructional technology
Must be a professing Christian with active involvement in a local church/community
