About the role
- Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and review project bids, estimates, and budgets
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall profitability
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, and project activities
- Conduct and oversee jobsite safety inspections and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements
- Review plans, specifications, change orders, and project documentation
- Identify potential project risks and develop solutions
- Communicate with clients, field personnel, and management throughout the project
- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong experience with bidding, estimating, and budgeting
- Hands-on experience with site safety and OSHA complianceOSHA 30 certification – REQUIREDAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Commercial construction experience preferred
