About the role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Forest Park branch
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive new business development and revenue growth within the local market
- Identify opportunities to expand staffing partnerships with employers
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and branch staff
- Oversee recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, placements, and workforce needs
- Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver staffing solutions
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and key staffing metrics
- Help ensure a strong candidate and client experience from initial contact through placement
- Collaborate with SwipeJobs leadership and internal teams to support business growth
- Represent SwipeJobs professionally within the local business community
- 5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably in a branch or market leadership role
- Proven experience managing recruiters or staffing teams
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Experience within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or high-volume staffing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, and staffing operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- A hands-on management style with the ability to both lead a team and develop business
