Full Job Description
The Production Director leads all worship production, overseeing technical, creative, and leadership aspects for services and events.
Responsibilities include developing strategic communication plans, managing graphics and media content, and coordinating volunteers and social media outreach.
The role requires at least 5 years of church production or live‑event experience, with certifications in lighting/audio considered a plus.
Must align with the church’s vision, demonstrate spiritual maturity, and actively participate in church life and various meetings.
Utilizes Planning Center and other tools, reporting to the Worship Pastor and collaborating across campuses.
