About the role
Ford Motor Company is seeking an investigator to join our Human Resources team in Michigan. You will conduct robust investigations into safety, employee relations, and workplace conduct across manufacturing and distribution, with occasional travel to other facilities in the U.S. The role requires a four-day-per-week plant presence, strong integrity, and collaboration with HR, Security, and Legal teams to ensure proper handling of cases and fair treatment of employees.
