Location: Long Island City, NY
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate
Employment Type: Temporary / Freelance Assignment Dates: August 10 – September 4 (with the possibility of extension based on project needs)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Associate to support a luxury retail client care operation in Long Island City. This is a great opportunity for someone with inventory, warehouse, stock, or logistics experience who enjoys working in an organized, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable managing inventory while ensuring accuracy throughout daily operations.
Responsibilities: Receive and process inbound shipments of spare parts. Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments. Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Organize inventory and ensure stock is properly stored and accessible. Support inventory management and replenishment activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Assist with additional operational and warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Previous experience in inventory, stock, warehouse, logistics, or operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable with excellent time management skills. Must be available to start Monday, August 10 and commit through September 4, with flexibility to extend if needed. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience supporting the operations of a luxury retail brand in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
