Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base + bonus + overtimeA leading private equity firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive EA who enjoys being a true partner to senior executives while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior-level professionals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and will be comfortable managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and changing priorities. Someone who genuinely enjoys being hands-on and helping create a seamless office experience will thrive in this position.
Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and members of the investment team Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, meetings, and appointments Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes Prepare and process expense reports and other administrative documentation Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference rooms, catering, and related logistics Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, clients, visitors, and other stakeholders Anticipate executives' needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues Assist with day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, lunches, events, and facilities-related needs Partner with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless coverage and support across the office Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications: Prior Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced professional environment Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities Polished, professional communication style and strong interpersonal skills Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs Strong attention to detail and sound judgment Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Willingness to assist with office management responsibilities and be hands-on when needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard business technology This is a great opportunity for an EA looking for long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to become an integral part of a highly respected investment team.
