About the role

Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico
What we're looking for: A fast-growing UK direct-to-consumer skincare brand with a loyal customer community is bringing its creative and media function in-house, and you'll be its first dedicated video editor. Backed by serious investment in paid social and a major push into the US market, the brand puts testing, data, and fresh ideas at the centre of its growth. You'll help shape an editing function that's set to scale quickly.
What You'll Be Doing: Edit high-converting video ads for paid social, with Meta as the primary channel. Partner with two performance creative strategists to turn concepts into strong hooks, sharp pacing, and polished final cuts. Produce creative at the volume and pace needed to support a major increase in US ad spend. Review performance data with the media team and iterate quickly on what's working. Track trending formats and platform updates to keep the brand's ads ahead of the curve. Help move creative production from an external agency to the in-house team.
Requirements: Senior-level video editing experience (3+ years) focused on paid ads and direct response, not organic or brand content. A portfolio of polished, high-quality ad creatives with proven ROI. Hands-on experience editing for Meta as a main paid channel. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. A solid grasp of DTC marketing, consumer psychology, and direct response hooks. The ability to stay organised and deliver at pace across multiple projects.
Nice to Have: A track record of driving £400k+ in revenue from paid social ads. Experience editing for TikTok. Background working with skincare, beauty, or other DTC consumer brands. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
