Seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will serve as the primary front desk contact, manage office supplies, coordinate food orders and catering, assist with board meeting logistics, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage the front desk
Order and maintain office supplies
Coordinate food orders, catering, and office refreshments
Assist with board meetings and conference room scheduling
Support general administrative and office management tasks
Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
