- Perform MRI scans
- Screen patients and educate
- Ensure all forms and orders are complete
- Obtain medical history
- Inject contrast materials
- Print films for MD's and Radiologists
- Log all patients/scans/copies/readings
- Stock supplies and linens
- Maintain room cleanliness
- Interact with MD's and radiologists to ensure correct exams are completed.
- Perform calibration and/or routine maintenance of scanner and processor.
- Protect scanning room from any potential hazards, i.e. projectiles, credit cards, watches, etc.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, ie- schedule appointment, answer phones.
