They Need a Solution. That's where you come in. WMH Solutions is hiring a Product Support Sales Representative to grow our parts, service, and aftermarket business throughout the Alabama market. This is a field-based B2B outside sales role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, identifying operational needs, and turning those conversations into long-term business. You'll work directly with manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, contractors, and other industrial operations that depend on their equipment to keep moving. Your job isn't simply to sell a part. It's to understand what the customer needs, connect them with the right WMH solution, and become someone they call before they call the competition. This Is a Hunter Role Let's be clear about the opportunity. This isn't a role built around waiting for inbound leads or simply maintaining an established book of business. Approximately:80% New Business Development Prospecting, cold outreach, field visits, referrals, networking, and opening new accounts.10% Account Reactivation Reconnecting with customers and identifying opportunities to earn their business again.10% Existing Customer Development Strengthening relationships, uncovering additional needs, and expanding WMH's presence within current accounts. You'll have an established company, service infrastructure, product portfolio, and internal team behind you. Your opportunity is to build the territory in front of you.
