Kforce has a client that is seeking a Conversion Validation Coordinator in Boston, MA.
Summary:
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Conversion Validation Coordinator to support a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) conversion initiative. This individual will be responsible for coordinating validation activities, tracking progress, managing logistics, and ensuring successful completion of data validation efforts during a major healthcare system transformation. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional organization, communication, and project coordination skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical stakeholders, validation resources, and project leadership to ensure accurate tracking of conversion activities, issue resolution, and status reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate validation activities related to healthcare data conversion and EHR implementation* Manage validation schedules, resource assignments, room logistics, attendance tracking, and completion reporting* Track validation progress and identify areas requiring escalation or additional support* Maintain issue logs and coordinate ticket submissions for validation concerns* Provide daily status updates to project leadership regarding attendance, completion metrics, and outstanding issues* Support resource scheduling and workload balancing across validation teams* Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets and reporting tools* Validate data accuracy and ensure completion of assigned validation activities* Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders throughout the conversion process* Provide onsite support during validation activities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred* 3+ years of project coordination, implementation support, or PMO experience within healthcare environments* Experience supporting EHR, EMR, data conversion, system implementation, or healthcare technology initiatives* Experience tracking issues, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables* Experience supporting user validation, testing, or operational readiness activities* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and large dataset management* Strong organizational, scheduling, documentation, and status reporting abilities* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously* Healthcare industry experience required* Ability to coordinate large groups of clinical and operational stakeholders* Ability to work independently while driving projects forward and resolving obstacles* Experience with Epic or other major EHR platforms strongly preferred Job Type ContractCompensation65 - $80
