WHERE THIS SITSPrimarily remote in PST with 30-50% travel across the west coastWHAT YOU WILL DOLead, coach, and develop a team of technical service professionals while driving engagement, performance, and continuous improvement. Oversee regional service operations, ensuring customer commitments, performance goals, and service expectations are consistently achieved. Improve service processes to increase efficiency, optimize resources, and enhance the overall customer experience. Partner with internal teams to support new service program launches, operational initiatives, and ongoing improvements. Manage regional resources, budgets, and priorities to align with business goals and customer needs. Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service solutions and strengthen partnerships. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS10+ years of experience in service operations, field services, technical operations, or a related leadership environment. Proven experience leading and developing remote or geographically dispersed teams. Strong background in process improvement, project management, and operational excellence. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; healthcare technology, medical equipment, or technical service experience is a plus.
