Title: Source Inspector
Job Description: The ability to perform in-process and final source inspections including First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality Standards (Basic inspection requirements, ability to read a PO, drawing, determine if an FAI has been approved) The ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ ASME Y 14.5. (This position would need to know how to inspect parts GD&T, knowledge of handheld measuring tools (calipers, mics, etc) A checklist will be provided for reference. Also the candidate must pass a GE quiz.
Note: It is a part-time assignment (activity is occasional) Candidate should be willing to travel, but able to support suppliers within a 150-mile radius of Detroit, MI Applicant must be a US Citizen, we are unable to sponsor at this time W2 contract position to work on as needed basis www.unitek-kiwa.com
